- Step platform plus 4 risers. This height-adjustable step is a weight bench, cardio-conditioning tool, and targeted sculpting platform all in one piece of equipment. Use it during strength work like chest presses and tricep dips to get further into your muscles for an extreme challenge and even more strengthening and sculpting.
