What the heck does all that mean? I came up with Geographic Development after opening up my 2nd Team Beachbody Coach Business Center. The goals was to try to grow our local Fit Club to be one of the biggest in the Team Beachbody community but to do that I need a lot more local Coach Team Members.  I focused building and adding new coaches to my new business center and every new coach who I personally sponsored and joined my team was placed in what I called my Local Coach Group.  I added 30+ new coaches and from that developed a very large Local Team.  Why? Because everyone was on the same team, not only because they were part of MY team but because they were part of each others teams! That strategic placement created momentum which created a large team of local coaches who have a TRUE sense of TEAM with the other coaches in the group.

Think about that for just a second. If you build a local team of like minded, motivated people it’s a lot easier to hold local events like Weekly Fit Clubs, Super Saturday events not to mention the many different local events we do at charity runs, health and fitness expos and business networking group events.
